There are a million guides for optimizing your park experience but this isn't one of them. I worked in southern Orlando (Kissimee area) for about a year and these are a few of my favorite spots to eat:
Susuru - This is an amazing izyakaya spot with lots of yaki (traditional Japanese grilling) plates. My favorites are the Natto Lotus Chips, Momo, Eggplant, and Yaki Onigiri Chauke. So happy this place survived the pandemic. I went back recently and it was just as good. This spot is a
King O Falafel - If you like spicy food, get the chicken tikka platter (then ask for extra sauce and ship it to me). Their hummus is great (comes with the plate as well as a salad or lentil soup). Honestly, I never tried anything else because this was so good, but I heard their falafel and salads were good.
Sofrito - This place has filling wrapped in dough (dumplings/empanadas/patty/whatever you want to call it) in the different styles of many Latin countries. It's fun to try a samping and appreciate the differences.
Jaleo by Jose Andres - Tapas spot with a great happy hour. Disney Springs is also a nice place to walk around post-meal.
Selam - Ethiopian spot with kind hosts who help with ordering and learning more about the cuisine. Google rating speaks for itself.
